Chopped tomatoes
Red wine vinegar
Chopped fresh garlic
Oregano
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt, pepper and cumin
Fresh sardines
Combine first six ingredients. Fillet sardines and grill on an open fire with salt, pepper and a little cumin. Serve with salsa.
