East Lake Village is excited to add a Santa Cruz County institution to its dining roster, Silver Spur! The original Silver Spur restaurant, specializing in breakfast and lunch, opened in the 1960s and has a loyal following of regular customers who come for signature orange rolls, cinnamon rolls, bread pudding, and dozens of egg dishes. Father and son owners Juan Valencia and Daniel Govea also offer homemade soups, sandwiches and heartier items like chicken-fried steaks, oven-roasted turkey, and roast beef.
