Named for an island known as the “Hawaii of Korea” that grows divine produce, Jeju Kitchen is a buzzy spot with a mix of Californian and classic Korean dishes, with a modern update. Inspired by her mother’s home cooking, owner Ashley Wolff serves up kimchi pancakes alongside coco- nut prawns and a crispy garlic Caesar salad; smash burgers with Gangnam tots, Jajangmyeon noodles and customer favorites—like the spicy bulgogi chicken and salmon rice bowl.
