May 20, 2025—Farmers market freshness doesn’t always arrive from the field.
That figures in starting this Thursday, May 22, as Everyone’s Harvest kicks off monthly “summer sessions” starring live performers and a beer garden hosted by craft taphouse Post No Bills to pair with existing local vendors, fresh produce and kids’ programming.

Monterey-based singer-songwriter Doug Fearnside and his blend of folk, folk-rock, Americana and soulful storytelling start things off.
The idea, per Everyone’s Harvest Executive Director Hester Parker, is to inject a little energy into the grassy, lakeside setting of the Thursday afternoon Seaside Market.
“Seaside Summer Sessions is a way to enhance what we already do at the Seaside Farmers Market,” she says, “bringing people together around healthy food, local vendors, and community connection.”
Michelle Findlay, event producer with Elevate 831 and the monthly 831 Night Market in Sand City, oversees the layered entertainment.
“By adding live music and a beer garden once a month,” she says, “we’re creating a more welcoming and festive space for the community.”

Admission to the market is free, as is the music.
PNB beer and wine, with ID, requires American currency or credit card.
