Monterey Bay Restaurant Week is Coming October 18-25

Still haven’t had a chance to try the reinvented Forge? Has your dining budget kept you away from 1833 or Andre’s Bouchee Bistro?

That could change next week, when some of Monterey County’s favorite restaurants offer residents a chance to try specially priced prix fix dinners.

The multi-course meals will range in price from $25 to $45, and will mostly be offered by Carmel and Monterey restaurants over the course of the week, which will run from Oct. 18 to 25.

In Carmel, Andre’s Bouchee Bistro and Terry’s Restaurant & Lounge will both offer $45 meals, while Edgar’s and the Forge have come up with $35 menus.

In Monterey, Restaurant 1833 is offering a $45 menu at one end of the spectrum, while Cannery Brewing Co. and Monterey Cookhouse will charge just $25. Isabella’s Italian Seafood and Steaks and Crabby Jim’s Seafood will provide a range of prices. Most of the participating Monterey restaurants—The Charthouse Restaurant, The Mucky Duck, Monterey Fish Hopper Seafood & Steaks Jack’s at Portola Hotel and Spa and Monterey Old Fisherman’s Grotto—will charge $35. In Pacifc Grove, Point Pinos Grill, will also charge $35.

The best part of the week will surely be the exciting menus the restaurants have put together: to view what the different restaurants are offering, click here.
