Cowboy Sausages going big

f99b05a0-3598-498c-8508-436777f2aeb3May 31, 2016 – Farmers’ Market favorite Cowboy Sausages may soon be coming to a supermarket near you. Irrepresible owner Butch Francis says he’s working on a deal with Raleys/Nob Hill to place the local treats in 15 regional stores and “it’s 95% sure.” Francis says he plans to place three products in the supermarkets, including his most popular Kurobuta 1908 sausage—adapted from a century-old family recipe and made with wild organic fennel—and two other flavors still to be decided.

In the meantime you can buy the full line of Cowboy Sausages and chili online and at the MPC Farmers’ Market on Fridays or the Carmel Barnyard market on Tuesdays.

And don’t miss a cooking demo from Butch Francis on the main stage of the Artichoke Festival at the Monterey County Fairgrounds on Sunday, June 5. He’ll be spinning tales and offering samples of his artichoke and chardonnay pork sausages.
