Step into the C restaurant and the bustle of Cannery Row will seem like a world away. Elegant yet relaxed in ambiance, diners enjoy ocean views through the C’s floor-to-ceiling windows and on the C side patio. Executive chef Matt Bolton provides equally gorgeous food imaginatively prepared from sustainably sourced seafood, meats and produce. Food Network baking contestant Michelle Lee is sous chef, and puts her creativity to work for unique desserts and other menu contributions. Creative craft cocktails are sure to please.
