½ ounce fernet
1½ ounce Jameson Irish whiskey
3 sprigs of mint
½ ounce simple syrup
Sparkling wine

Place mint and simple syrup into a pint glass, add ice and muddle. Add fernet and Jameson and shake. Strain into a glass and top off with sparkling wine.
