This refreshing drink makes the most of seasonal local produce.

1 ½ ounce Casamigos Blanco Tequila
Melon juice and purée
Pinch of Lemon Verbena

Shaken and then served on the rocks in a collins glass, garnished with a twist of Buddha’s hand.
