Pearlescent Cocktail

1 and 1/2 ounce mezcal
1/2 ounces gin
1/4 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce bergamot liqueur
3/4 milliliter yarrow tincture
Lemon peel
Grapefruit peel

Add first four ingredients to mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Express oils of lemon and grapefruit peel over glass, throw out peels. Float yarrow tincture on top.

Makes 1 cocktail.
